dc.description.abstractGünümüzde, lojistik birçok sektör için temel bir ihtiyaç haline gelmiştir. Lojistik sektörü, merkezinde insan ilişkilerinin bulunduğu süreçleri kapsamaktadır. Bu noktada, özellikle hizmet sektöründe bulunan işletmeler personellerinin sahip oldukları özellikler ile ön plana çıkmaktadır. Uygun personelin seçimi, firmaya rekabet gücü kazandırması açısından önem teşkil etmektedir. Dolayısıyla nitelikli insan kaynağı, bu sektörün ilerleyebilmesi için büyük öneme sahiptir. Bu çalışmada, lojistik personel seçimi problemi için Entropi tabanlı Edas yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu yöntem ile bir lojistik şirketi için beş aday belirlenen dört kriter ile değerlendirilmiştir. Öncelikle kriterler Entropi yöntemi ile ağırlıklandırılmış, daha sonra Edas yöntemi ile adayların sıralaması yapılmış ve en uygun aday belirlenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractToday, logistics has become a fundamental need for many sectors. The logistics sector covers the processes in which human relations are central. At this point, especially the enterprises in the service sector come to the forefront with the characteristics of their employees. The selection of the appropriate personnel is important in terms of providing competitive power to the company. Therefore, qualified human resources are of great importance for the advancement of this sector. In this study, Entropy based Edas method is used for logistic personnel selection problem. With this method for a logistics company five candidates were evaluated with four criteria determined. Firstly, the criteria were weighted with Entropy method, then the order of the candidates was made by Edas method and the most suitable candidate was determined.en_US
