| dc.description.abstract | Tükenmişlik; sıklıkla bireylerle diyalog haline çalışanların bitkin düşmesi, etrafındaki olaylara ve gelişmelere olan ilgisinin azalması ve bunlara bağlı olarak performans düşüklüğü yaşaması olarak tanımlanmıştır. Hak arama ve savunma hakkının en temel güvencesi olan avukatların mesleki tükenmişliklerine etki eden faktörlerin belirlenip, çözüm önerileri geliştirerek, adalete dolaylı katkı sağlamak bu araştırmanın temel amacıdır. Bu araştırmanın uygulamacılara (avukatlara) ve tükenmişlik konusunda çalışan akademisyenlere katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu kapsamda 2017 yılı Haziran ayı içerisinde Adana Barosuna kayıtlı 2332 avukattan tesadüfi olarak seçilen 190 erkek 140 kadın avukat olmak üzere toplam 330 Avukat ile veriler elde edilmiştir. Anket yöntemi ile verilerin toplandığı çalışmada Masclah Tükenmişlik Envanteri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre; Avukatların demografik özelliklerinden; cinsiyet ve çocuk sayısının tükenmişlik düzeyinde anlamlı bir farklılık oluşturmadığı sonucuna ulaşılırken, Yaşa göre düşük kişisel başarı hissi ve duygusal tükenme alt boyutlarında avukatların yaşları arasında anlamlı fark olduğu, Eğitim Düzeyine göre duygusal tükenme alt boyutunda anlamlı fark olduğu, medeni duruma göre Duygusal Tükenme, Duyarsızlaşma ve Düşük Kişsiel Başarı Hissi alt boyutlarında anlamlı fark olduğu, çocuk sahiplik durumuna göre duygusal tükenme ve düşük kişisel başarı hissi alt boyutlarında anlamlı fark olduğu, çalışma süresine göre düşük kişisel başarı hissi alt boyutunda anlamlı fark olduğu, faaliyet alanına göre duygusal tükenme ve düşük kişisel başarı hissi alt boyutlarında anlamlı fark olduğu, yıllık ortalama gelire göre duygusal tükenme ve duyarsızlaşma alt boyutunda anlamlı fark olduğu, aylık ortalama gelire göre Duygusal Tükenme, Duyarsızlaşma ve Düşük Kişsiel Başarı Hissi alt boyutlarında anlamlı fark olduğu ve aylık ortalama Ceza Muhakemesi Kanunu görev sayısına göre duygusal tükenme ve düşük kişisel başarı hissi alt boyutlarında anlamlı farklılık olduğu görülmüştür. | dc.description.abstract | It is aimed to determine the factors that affect the occupational burnout of lawyers, the most basic assurance of the right to seek and defend the right to exploit, which is often defined as the exhaustion of those who engage in dialogue with the individual, the diminishing of the events surrounding it, Determining the burnout levels of lawyers who are indispensable elements of judging, improving the solution proposals and contributing indirectly to the candidates is the main aim of this research. It is believed that this research will contribute to practitioners (lawyers) and academicians working on burnout. Within this scope, 2332 attorneys registered in Adana Baros have been obtained by working with a total of 330 lawyers, 190 male and 140 female lawyers selected randomly. Masclah Burnout Inventory was used to study the data collected by the questionnaire method. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 Version program. The number and percentage in the distribution of descriptive demographics, the mean and standard deviation at the determination of burnout levels, the number, percentage, mean and standard deviation in the distributions of responses to burnout scale expressions, burnout level according to variables including two independent groups as gender, child ownership, education level and fields of activity ANOVA test was used for differentiation status of independent groups t-test, age, marital status, number of children, duration of vocational study, number of annual average cases, monthly average income, monthly average number of CMK tasks. Demographics of lawyers; gender and number of children did not make a meaningful difference in the burnout level. It was found that there was a significant difference between the ages of the lawyers and the emotional exhaustion sub-dimension according to the age, emotional exhaustion, emotional exhaustion and emotional exhaustion according to the marital status Low Individual Achievement There was a significant difference in sense sub-dimensions, significant difference in emotional exhaustion and low personal achievement sub-dimensions according to child ownership status, low level of personal success feeling sub-dimension compared to study period, emotional exhaustion and low personal success feeling sub-dimensions, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization sub-dimension according to the average annual income according to the monthly mean gender, Emotional Exhaustion, Desensitization and Low K it was found that there was a meaningful difference in the subscales of Achievement in Achievement and in the subscales of emotional exhaustion and low personal accomplishment according to the monthly average number of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
