| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı otizm tanısı almış çocukların ebevenyleri ile bu tanıyı almamış çocukların ebeveynlerinin benlik saygısı açısından karşılaştırılmasıdır. Çalışmada 94 otizm tanısı almış çocuğu olan 94 ebeveyn deney grubuna, otizm tanısı almamış çocuğa sahip 94 ebeveyn ise kontrol grubuna atanmıştır. Kişilerin benlik saygısı ölçeğini belirlemek için Rosenberg Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği ve sosyo demografik veri formu kullanılmıştır. İlk olarak deney grubu ve kontrol grubu benlik saygısı açısından karşılaştırılmış, daha sonraki analizde ise otizm tanısı almış çocuğa sahip ebeveynler cinsiyet açısından karşılaştırılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 20.0 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Gruplar arası karşılaştırma için Mann Whitney U testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda otizmli çocuğa sahip ebeveynlerin bu tanıyı almamış ebeveynler ile karşılaştırıldıklarında daha düşük benlik saygısına sahip oldukları görülmektedir. Öte yandan otizm tanısı almış ebeveynler cinsiyet açısından karşılaştırıldığında erkeklerin kadınlara göre daha yüksek benlik algısı puanları aldıkları görülmektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the study is to compare the parents of the children with diagnosis of autism and the parents of the children without diagnosis of autism in terms of self esteem. 94 parents of autistic children assigned experimental group and 94 parents of non autistic children assigned control group. Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale and Socio-demographic data form has been used fort he purpose of measure self esteem. Firstly, control group and experiment group compared in terms of self esteem, then experiment group compared from the standpoint of sex. The data has analyzed by SPSS 20 programme. Mann Whitney U test has been used for analyses. At the end of the study parents of children with autistic diagnosis showed low self esteem scores. Moreover the parents of children who diagnosis autism copmared by sex, males showed higher scores than females. | en_US |
