dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada; orta ve küçük ölçekli perakende mağazalarında insan kaynakları eğitiminin nasıl gerçekleştiği incelenmiştir. İnsan kaynakları yönetimi günümüzde tüm işletmeler için önemi gittikçe artan bir fonksiyon olmaktadır. OKP mağazalarında çalışanların büyük çoğunluğu müşteriye hizmet vermektedir. Perakende mağazaları için önemli faktörlerden birisinin de müşteri olduğunu düşündüğümüzde çalışanlara verilecek bu yöndeki eğitimlerle sadık müşteriler oluşturulur ve tatmin olmuş müşteri kazanılmış olur. Eğitimli çalışanlar daha verimli çalışmakta, satışları artırmakta aynı zaman da daha az çalışana ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır
dc.description.abstractThe education of small and medium retailing shops are analyzed in this study. The importance of human resources management is increasing everyday in all businesses. Most of the people, who work in retailing shops, provide services to customers. Since the customer is one of the most important factors, the education that is given to the personnel has an important role to gain the customers and keep them as customer. Educated personnel work more efficiently, raises the sales and reduces the costs
