dc.description.abstractGünümüzde işletmeler karmaşık ve belirsizliğin arttığı bir çevrede faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedirler. Özellikle artan rekabet, pazar ve teknolojideki sürekli değişimler işletmeleri girişimci ve yenilikçi davranışlar üzerine odaklanmalarına neden olmaktadır. Bu kapsamda çalışanların girişimci ve yenilikçi davranışlarının, iş performansına etkisi ve bu etkide çevresel belirsizliğin aracılık rolünü belirlemek bu çalışmanın temel amacını oluşturmaktadır. Yazılım sektöründe yapılan bir araştırma ile 543 çalışanın tutumları ölçülerek açıklayıcı bulgulara ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırma neticesinde, girişimci ve yenilikçi davranışın iş performansını pozitif yönde etkilediği ve bu etkide çevresel belirsizliğin aracılık etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiş ve elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda işletme yöneticilerine ve araştırmacılara önerilerde bulunulmuştur
dc.description.abstractToday, organizations are operating in an environment of uncertainity and chaos which is improving day by day. Especially, hardened competence, persistent improvements in market and technology causes organizations focus on entrepreneur and innovative behaviors. In thıs context, the aim of this study is to determine the effect of employees’ entrepreneur and innovative behaviors on work performance and the mediating role of environmental uncertainity on this effect. This study was conducted in Software Industry and aimed to get explanatory findings by evaluating 543 workers' attitudes. As a result of this study, it's found that entrepreneur and innovative behavior have positive effect on work performance and environmental uncertainity has mediating role on this effect. Hereby, some suggestions are made for managers and researchers in consequence of findings about the relation among the variables examined in this study
