dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Bursa’da faaliyet gösteren KOBİ’lerin Basel II düzenlemelerine ilişkin bilgi düzeylerinin ölçülmesi ve Basel II düzenlemelerinin KOBİ’lere yönelik etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda düzenlenen anket yoluyla elde edilen veriler, frekans analizleri ve Kruskal Wallis H testi kullanılarak analize tabi tutulmuştur. Analiz sonuçlarına göre; Bursa’da faaliyet gösteren KOBİ’lerin Basel II düzenlemeleri hakkındaki bilgi düzeyleri oldukça düşüktür. Bursa’da faaliyet gösteren KOBİ’lerin işletme sermayesi ve öz sermaye sıkıntısı yaşadığı, bunun üstesinden gelebilmek için büyük oranda banka kredisine başvurduğu gözlemlenmiş, kurumsal ve finansal yönetim açısından yetersiz oldukları saptanmıştır
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to evaluate the know-how of small and medium-sized enterprises located in Bursa and the impact of BASEL II accord on these enterprises. To this end, a survey had been prepared and conducted on the SME’s located in Bursa. The data compiled from this survey is evaluated by relying on Kruskal-Wallis test (H-test) and frequency analysis. The results suggest that the SME’s located in Bursa have very limited knowledge about the new Basel Capital Accords known as BASEL II. SME’s of Bursa suffers from business capital and equity finance. In order to overcome these problems firms largely head towards bank financing. Moreover, the findings suggest that these SME’s lack the necessary skills and qualities of financial and institutional management
