dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada; yazılım sektöründeki çalışanların sistem kullanılabilirlik algılarının belirlenerek çalışanların ve yöneticilerin iletişim yeterliliklerine göre bir ilişki olup olmadığını ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma için gerekli olan veriler online anket yöntemi ile alınmış kişilere anket doldurulmadan önce bilgi verilmiştir. Çalışmaya 64 katılımcı cevap verirken, 50 çalışanın oluşturdukları sistemi kullanıyor olmaları nedeni ile 50 kişinin verileri SPSS 25.0 paket programı ile incelenmiş; güvenilirlik ve normallik, korelasyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın bulguları ile ortaya çıkan sonuçlar yazılım sektöründe çalışan ve yöneticilerin sistem kullanılabilirlik algıları ile iletişim yeterlilikleri arasında ilişki desteklenmese de, iletişim yeterliliğinin alt faktörlerinden olan iletişimde bireysel yönler, uyum yeterliliği ve duyarlılık yeterliliği ilişkiyi öngören hipotezler desteklenmiştir. Buna göre sistem kullanılabilirlik algıları ile iletişim yeterliliklerinin alt faktörleri arasındaki ilişkisi anlamlı ve pozitif bulunmuştur. Aynı zamanda şirkette görev alan idari ve teknik görevliler arasında sistem kullanılabilirlik algılarında anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiştiren_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to determine the system usability perceptions of the employees in the software sector and to determine whether there is a relationship according to the communication competencies of the employees and managers. The data required for the study were received by the online survey method and participants were informed before the questionnaire was completed. While 64 participants responded to the study, data of 50 people were analyzed with SPSS 25.0 package program because 50 employees were using the system they created. Reliability, normality and correlation analyzes were performed. Although the results of the study did not support the relationship between system usability perceptions and communication competencies of the managers and employees working in the software sector, the hypotheses predicting the relationship between individual aspects of communication, compliance adequacy and sensitivity adequacy were supported. Accordingly, the relationship between system usability perceptions and subfactors of communication competencies was significant and positive. Also, a significant difference was detected in the system usability perceptions among the administrative and technical officers who are among the company's duties.en_US
