dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada evli kadınların duygusal zekâ düzeyleri ile evlilik uyumları arasındaki ilişkilerin araştırılması ve evlilik uyumu üzerinde etkili olan duygusal zekâ düzeylerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, evlilik uyumu ile iyi oluş ve öz kontrol düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönde orta düzeyde; duygusallık ve sosyallik düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönde zayıf düzeyde istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı ilişkiler tespit edilmiş (p<.001); iyi oluş, öz kontrol ve duygusallık düzeylerinin evlilik uyumları üzerinde anlamlı ve pozitif etkilerinin olduğu (p<.001); evlilik uyumu artışında en önemli etkinin iyi oluş düzeyinden kaynaklı olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Duygusal zekâ düzeylerinden sosyallik düzeyinin ise evlilik uyumu üzerinde önemli etkisinin olmadığı bulunmuştur (p>.05). Sosyal anlamda bu çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçların toplumun yapı taşı olan aileye ve aile danışmanlığı süreçlerine katkı sağlayacağı ve özellikle iş-yaşam dengesinde önemli bir etkisi olduğu bilinen evlilik uyumunun, evlilik değişkeni bağlamında kadın çalışanların verimliliklerini artırıcı yeni bir bakış açıları geliştirilmesine katkı sunabileceği değerlendirilmektedir.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, it was aimed to investigate the relationship between the emotional intelligence levels of married women and their marital adjustment and to examine the emotional intelligence levels that are effective on marital adjustment. The research was carried out with 432 married women who applied to private family counseling centers in Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Izmir, Istanbul and Kocaeli. According to the results of the research, there was a moderate positive correlation between marital adjustment, well-being, and selfcontrol; positive and weak statistically significant relationships were found between emotionality and sociability levels; well-being, self-control and emotionality levels have significant and positive effects on marital adjustment; It was observed that the most important effect on the increase in marital adjustment was due to the level of well-being. It was found that the level of sociability, one of the emotional intelligence levels, did not have a significant effect on marital adjustment. It is evaluated that the results obtained from this study in the social sense will contribute to the family, which is the building block of the society, and to the family counseling processes, and that marital adjustment, which is known to have a significant effect on the work-life balance, will contribute to the development of a new perspective that will increase the productivity of female employees in the context of the marriage variable.
