    Organizational culture; productivity and ensure the effectiveness and added value in terms of creativity or creation, the organization; motivate towards the corporate objectives, the creation of organizational commitment and sense of belonging, system is the integrity overlap with the objectives of individuals and institutions that prepare the basis for development principles. Integrity of this system is supplied from a number of elements of organizational culture; business mission, strategies, and values of a number of organizational culture dynamics, structures and processes, norms, ceremonies, such as symbols. There continues to be proactive structure, Dynamics and elements of the members of the organization to learn and follow the organizational culture based on there quirements and outside the building process remainin different torenewing and change. As innovation and change brought about this particular technological progress are actively used electronic network of individual sand there fore the organization of cultural evolution, emerges in the context of organizational culture to be considered as a matter of business today, they provide the degree of compliance. Examination is the subject of this work, create a web site owned by the organization they created, businessesvia an electronic network in this context. Discussed the mission and vision of relations in this work; Mersin Chamber of Commerce&Industry registered corporation with in the first 5,000 companies who pay most of the taxes, that mosttaxlast two years have been assessed by the top 100 companies in this work. The obtained results of research; the majority of the 100 companies have web sites. However, these companies, is variable to give locationin formation mission and vision.

    China's financial rise and human rights dilemma

    The rise of China has been one of the core subjects of the 21st century since such a transition in the status quo threatens to change the balance of power in the world. This phenomenon became a mainstream to a point in which expectations on Chinese growth started to evolve into predictions on the possibility of a new world order. Whether China poses a threat to the international system or not, one thing seems clear: China has its unique characteristics when it comes to its domestic and foreign policy. China as an oppressive state towards its nation and as an assertive neighbour within the region that requires careful foreign policies. Taking various debates over China's growth and its extraordinary qualities into account, this research targets to combine different debates over China to constitute a framework for Sino-Turkish foreign policy.

    Effect of body satisfaction on online impulse purchase behavior of young people

    Purpose: This research aims to determine the effect of body satisfaction on impulse purchase behaviour and, to detect differences in body satisfaction and impulse buying behaviour based on demographic factors.Materials and Methods: The data were collected from 346 university students in different departments at a foundation university in Mersin. The survey method was used and obtained data was analyzed with path analysis, independent samples t-test, and one-way ANOVA.Results: The positive effect of body satisfaction on impulse buying behaviour was found significant. Significant differences in body satisfaction and impulse buying behaviour were investigated by gender and monthly budget. Body satisfaction differs by gender, while impulse buying behaviour by monthly budget. Body satisfaction differs by gender, while impulse buying behaviour to a monthly budget.Conclusion: Online impulse purchase behaviour increases body satisfaction. Body satisfaction is higher among male students, and the purchase behaviour of students with a high monthly budget is also higher than their counterparts.

    The Contributions of Georgia's Geopolitics to the Country's Economy

    In this article, the effects of Georgia's current geopolitical situation on the country's economic development are being investigated. Although Georgia lost control of the two strategic regions such as Abkhazia and Ossetia right after the collapse of the Soviet Union, it maintained its geopolitical importance in the South Caucasus. In this context, the definition of geographical space was clarified in the article, and the recent situation in the South Caucasus, the changes in the region after the collapse of the Soviet Union and the results of these changes were evaluated. In addition, the advantages of Georgia's geopolitical position and other additional issues affecting the economic development of this country were taken into account, and the reflections of the problems between Azerbaijan and Armenia on Georgia were examined, and finally, comments on the future of the South Caucasus were made.

    The investigation of drug or stimulant usage prevalence and related factors among university students in Mersin in Turkey

    Objective: This study aims to investigate the prevalence of drug use and related factors in university students. Methods: This study was carried out in Mersin, Turkey. Data forms were filled in by 1767 students. Results: 905 (52.3%) of the 1767 participants were male. Their median age was 21.0, and 120 (6.8%) of the participants were found to have used drugs at least once in a life time; 77 (4.4%of them once in the last year. The coefficients of the increase rates for having used drugs at least once in a lifetime can be listed as follows: Presence of friends in the social environment who use drugs, 10.55 times (p < .001); being an active smoker, 4.78 times (p < .001); active alcohol consumption, 13.36 times (p < .001). The following variables appear to be the coefficients of increase rates for using drugs at least once in the previous year: having somebody who uses drugs around, 12.71 times (p < .001); being an active alcohol consumer, 10.38 times (p < .001) and parental separation, 2.64 times (p < .01). Conclusions: In this study it was determined that cigarette/alcohol use and the effects of social environment are the most important factors in drug use in university students.
