Özet
Çalışmanın konusu banka yöneticilerinin cezai sorumluluklarıdır. Amacı ise, konumuzu bir parçasını oluşturan banka yöneticileri ile ilgili suç ve cezaların hukuk sistemi içerisindeki yerini belirlemek ve bu yere göre bankacılık sektörünün güven içerisinde çalışıp, gelişmesine hizmet edip etmediğini saptamaktır. Çalışma dört ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümün konusu, bankacılık hukuku ve banka yönetim organlarıdır. İkinci bölümün konusu, Bankacılık Kanunu'nda yer alan suçlardır. Üçüncü bölümün konusu, Türk Ceza Kanunu'nda yazılı olan suçlardır. Dördüncü bölümün konusu banka görevlilerin yargılanma usulüdür. Temizin amacı doğrultusunda yapılan incelemeye dayalı olarak ulaşılan bulgular sonuç kısmında açıklanmaktadır.
This thesis deals with the criminal responsibility of bank managers. It aims to determine their place in our law system and to determine whether they serve the purposes of banking sector accordingly. The study consists of four main sections. The first part deals with the Banking Law and the Bank's governing bodies. The second part deals with in the Banking Law, Crime. The third part deals with the crimes specified in the Turkish Penal Code. The fourth part deals with bank managers judged. The findings of this study conducted in line with the purposes of this thesis are presented in the conclusion.
