Özet
Bu makalede, denetim kavramı hukuk dışı teknik yönüyle incelenmekte, denetim türleri irdelenmekte, kamu iktisadi teşebbüslerinin denetlenmesi ile kamu denetçisi (ombudsman) üzerinde durulmaktadır. Ayrıca bilgi edinme hakkı ve denetimle ilişkisi açıklanmakta, etkili denetim ve denetleyenin özellikleri vurgulanmaktadır
The purpose of this study is to investigate concept, definition and types of control in organizations. Furthermore this study specifically deals with control in public enterprises and analyses main characteristics of ombudsman. The relationships between effective control and controlling authorities are investigated. The knowledge and skill required for the effective control are examined. Finally the study qives also information about a newly enacted law on freedom of information act in Turkey
