Özet
Çalışmada başta İran, Türkiye ve Irak’ın tepkilerine rağmen, İsrail’in Irak Kürt Bölgesel Yönetimi’nin (IKBY) Referandum hamlesine vermiş olduğu desteğin arka planında nelerin olabileceği, bölgedeki çıkarları, Irak’ın Kuzey’inde kurulacak bağımsız bir Kürt Devleti’nin İsrail’in bölgedeki çıkarlarına nasıl bir katkı sağlayacağı problem edilmiştir. İsrail’in bu desteği sağlamada dayandırdığı temelin, Barzani ailesinin Yahudi kökenli olup olmaması ile ilgili iddialar ve bölgeye tarihsel süreç içinde yerleşmiş olan Yahudi Kürtlerin Ortadoğu’daki İsrail çıkarlarındaki anahtar rolünü amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmayla, İsrail’in IKYB`ye vermiş olduğu desteğin bölgedeki Yahudi Kürtler ve Barzani Ailesi ile ilgisi olup olmadığı da ortaya koyulacaktır.
In this study; Iran, Turkey and Iraq despite the response, what could happen in the background of Israel's Iraqi Kurdish Regional Government (KRG) to the Referendum move, interests in the region, how an independent Kurdish State to be established in the north of Iraq will contribute to Israel's interests in the region has been questioned. Israel's basis in providing this support, the allegations about whether the Barzani family is of Jewish origin and the key role of Jewish Kurds, who have settled in the region in the historical process, in Israeli interests in the Middle East are aimed. The study will reveal whether Israel's support to the KRG is related to the Jewish Kurds and the Barzani Family in the region.
