Özet
Sistem dinamikleri yaklaşımı (system dynamics approach); yönetimde karşılaşılan bir karar probleminin daha iyi anlaşılmasını sağlayarak problemi tanımlar, problemin esas yapısını anlatan bir model geliştirir, problemin kökündeki sistem yapısının bilgisayar simülasyonunu inşa eder, gerçek hayatta görülen davranışı tekrar ürettiğine emin olmak için modeli test eder ve çözüme gitmek için üretilen alternatifleri modelde test ederek, uygulanması için uygun alternatifi seçer. Yönetimde sistem dinamikleri uygulamaları, tüm bu sayılanların gerçek hayatta denenmeden gerçekleştirilebilmesi imkânını yaratarak; az zamanda, az maliyetle, etkili ve kalıcı geri beslemeyle ve etkin kararlara ulaşılmasını sağlayarak, mevcut karar verme yaklaşımlarına destek verebilmektedir. Bu bağlamda sistem dinamikleri yaklaşımı ve modeller, karar vericiye gerçek dünyanın basitleştirilmiş bir temsili olan ortamda karar verilebilmesini ve sonucunu aynı ortamda görebilme imkânı tanıyabilmektedir. Bu sayede yöneticiler, kararlarını gerçek hayatta uygulamaya koymadan deneme imkânı bulmakta ve denemelerden alınan geri besleme sonucunda istenmeyen sonuçlardan ve riskli ortamlardan uzak durabilmektedirler
Nowadays there can be some situations where effective and updated solutions cannot be taken while management theories and techniques are developing. The complexity of socio-technique systems is also an important issue on the agenda. In these specific situations, managers are focus on understanding the problems of organizational structure and behavior, to define them and to make decisions to solve the problems. The system dynamics approach helps managers to understand the problems better, builds a model, tests the model and the alternatives, and selects the best alternative. The system dynamics approach is more successful then in terms of effect, lower price and time. In this sense, the system dynamics shows the best possible results beforehand and helps the decision-making process
