Özet
Yetişkinlerle yapılan yaşam tatmini araştırmaları, yaşam tatmininin birçok mesleki, sağlık ve kişisel
alanlardaki yaşam sonuçlarının önemli bir belirleyicisi olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Dolayısıyla
bireylerin yaşamlarındaki tatmin veya tatminsizliklerinin mesleki ya da diğer bir ifadeyle iş alanlarına
yansımasının kaçınılmaz olduğunu söylemek mümkündür. Bu kapsamda özellikle işgören bireylerin
yaşam tatminlerini etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı
işgörenlerin yaşam tatminlerine etki eden demografik faktörlerin belirlenmesi ve baskın faktörün ortaya
konulmasıdır. Bu bağlamda, bağımsız bir denetim firmasında çalışan 166 işgörenden toplanan anket
formu SPSS 25.0 aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, işgörenlerin yaşam
tatminlerinin aylık gelir düzeyi, çalışma süresi, medeni durum ve departman değişkenlerine göre
anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir
Researches of life satisfaction with adults put forward that life satisfaction is an important determinant of life outcomes in many occupational, health and personal areas. Therefore, it is possible to say that the reflection of life satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the individuals in their lifes is inevitable on their work areas. In this context, determining the factors that have an effect on life satisfaction of employees is important. The purpose of this study is to both investigate the factors of life satisfaction of the employees and determine the dominant factor. Datas collected from 166 employees working in an independent audit firm were analyzed by using SPSS 25.0 programm. Results indicates that factors (income level, working hours, maritial status and department) are effective on the life satisfaction of emloyees
