İşçinin işini özenle görmesi gerekir. Bu husus, BK m. 321’de düzenlenmiştir. Ayrıca, bu hükme göre, işçi, işini özenle görmeyerek iş sahibine iras ettiği zarardan sorumludur. İşte bu makalede, BK m.321 hükmü dikkate alınarak, işçinin özen borcu, ilgili diğer hükümlerle beraber inceleme konusu yapılmaktadır
An employee owes to his employer a duty of care in carrying out of his job. This rule is stated in the provision or Article 321 of The Turkish Law of Obligations. It is also possible to sue the employee for an indemnity when his/her attitudes are contradictory to the said Article. In this Article, regarding Article 321 of the Turkish Law of Obligation and other related provisions, the above mentioned subject will be examined
