6502 Sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun kapsamında tüketici uyuşmazlıklarının çözüm yöntemleri olan Tüketici Hakem Heyeti ve Tüketici Mahkemelerine başvuruya ek olarak hukuk sistemimizde yer alan arabuluculuk da yeni düzenleme ile getirilmiştir. Çalışmamızın konusunu alternatif çözüm yollarının ayrımı ve arabuluculuk kurumunun tüketici hukukunda uygulanma yöntemleri oluşturmaktadır.
