Özet
Finansal analizler, esas olarak dış yatırımcılar, finansal kuruluşlar, tedarikçiler ve gerektiğinde vergi denetimlerinde yararlanılması amacıyla yapılır. Bu araştırmada, Hisse Senetleri BİST100'de İşlem Gören 3831-Elektrik Makinaları ve Aygıtları Sanayii İşkolunda faaliyet gösteren yedi şirketin finansal tabloları rasyo (oran) analizi yöntemleri kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda söz konusu firmaların likit varlıklarının genel olarak yeterli olduğu görülmektedir. Ancak bu şirketlerin kısa vadeli borçlarının fazla olması, olası bir ekonomik krizde yükümlülüklerini yerine getirmekte zorlanabileceklerini düşündürmektedir. Ayrıca, bu firmaların finansal yapılarının da pek güven vermediği söylenebilir.
Financial analysis is mainly made for foreign investors, financial institutions, suppliers and, tax audits when necessary. Within this research, the financial statements of the seven companies operating in the 3831-Electric Machines and Equipment Industry which their stocks are being traded in BIST100 were examined by using the ratio analysis methods. Due to the analysis, it is seen that the liquid assets of the companies are generally sufficient. However, the high short-term debt of these companies suggests that they may have difficulty in meeting their obligations in a possible economic crisis. Moreover, it can be said that the financial structures of these companies do not give much reliance.
