Malatya ili doğanşehir ilçesi halk hekimliği uygulamalarında eski türk inanışlarının yansımaları

Özet
Halkın doktora gitmediği ya da gidemediği durumlarda başvurduğu çare ve yöntemler halk hekimliği ya da halk
sağaltmacılığı olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Uzun yılların gözlem ve tecrübesi ile süregelen işlemler halk bilgisinin zengin ve köklü
oluşuna dair bir göstergedir. Kökeni Orta Asya Türk bilgi yapısına bağlılık gösteren bu uygulamalarda temelinde inancın da yer aldığı
göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır. Biz de bu düşünceyle incelemeye aldığımız yöntem ve işlemleri halk inançları bağlamında
değerlendirdik.
Çalışmada Doğanşehir yöresinde uygulanan adet ve pratiklerin neler olduğu karşılıklı görüşme ve gözlem yöntemleri
kullanılarak elde edilmiştir.1 Alan çalışmasıyla kayıt altına alınan bu sağaltım işlem ve tekniklerinin sınıflandırılması yapılmış; yöreye
ait halk hekimliği bilgi sistemi verileri bitkilerin gücünden yararlanılanlar, hayvanların gücünden yararlanılanlar ve farklı inanç ve
uygulamalar başlıkları altında gruplandırılmış ve bu uygulamalar üzerinde inancın etkisinin ne şekilde olduğunun ortaya çıkarılması
amaçlanmıştır.
Kuşaktan kuşağa aktarılarak uzun yıllardır kullanılan halk tıbbının bu özel kalıplaşmış ve yöntem ve teknikleri, yöre
insanının sağlığını korumada ya da düzeltmede sahip olduğu önemi ve işlevi korumaktadır. Bununla birlikte günümüz tıbbının
sağladığı imkânlar dolayısıyla ülkemizin diğer yörelerinde olduğu gibi Doğanşehir yöresinde de akılcı ve çağdaş tıbbi yöntemler etkin
bir durumdadır. Modern tıbbın çare olamadığı durumlarda ya da iyileşmenin daha hızlı ve etkili olmasının istendiği durumlarda halk
hekimliği yöntemleri güvenle uygulanmaktadır. Yörede varlığı sürdürülen ocaklar bunun en kuvvetli göstergesidir.

It should be taken into consideration that belief is based on these practices, whose origin is a commitment to Central Asian Turkish culture. We also evaluated the methods and procedures that we took into consideration with this idea in the context of the beliefs of the people. The study was conducted using mutual interview and observation methods. The classification of these healing processes and techniques recorded by the field study has been made; local folk medicine information system data are grouped under the topics of using the power of plants, benefiting from the power of animals and different beliefs and practices, and how the effect of belief on these practices has been determined. The methods and techniques of folk medicine which have been used for many years by transferring from generation to generation maintain the importance and function of the local people in maintaining or correcting their health. However, due to the opportunities provided by modern medicine, rational and contemporary medical methods are effective in Doganşehir region as in other regions of our country. In cases where modern medicine cannot be cured or where healing is requested to be faster and more effective, public practice methods are safely applied.
